Stichting Kieteman organizes course: Life-saving actions, will you join us?
A grape that goes down the wrong pipe. Or a piece of sausage that ends up in the windpipe. It is every parent's nightmare.
Despair and panic. You don't want to think about it happening to you. Unfortunately, it happens regularly: a child choking on a piece of apple, a cherry tomato, or a simple pea.
Stichting Kieteman
Stichting Kieteman was founded following the loss of Kiet. Before his first birthday, he died as a result of suffocation. The foundation aims to bring a smile to the faces of children who are having a tough time. To achieve this, they organize various fun activities for children, allowing them to feel carefree again. But the foundation goes beyond that.
First aid courses
Stichting Kieteman believes it is important for parents to know how to act in an emergency and therefore organizes the course on life-saving actions for babies and children in collaboration with EHBO Bureau.
Learn life-saving actions
During the course, you will learn what to do in cases of choking/suffocation, CPR, poisoning, and burns. There is a lot of practice involved, so you really get the knowledge in your hands. Additionally, there is room to ask specific questions. After the course, you will feel much more confident and know how to act in an emergency.
